Welcome to the Charis Student Housing Portal!
We are excited to be launching our brand-new student housing on our main campus in Woodland Park, Colorado. Construction for Grace Hall and Faith Hall is planned to be completed by August 2024.
Our new housing will offer modern amenities and a vibrant community atmosphere where lifelong friendships and personal growth can flourish. In this environment, students can fully immerse themselves in the Charis experience while staying laser-focused on their studies.

Eligibility Criteria
- You must be enrolled as a Day School student in Woodland Park to be able to apply for on-campus housing.
- All student housing applications are for individuals, as rental is by the bed.
- You must be 18 or older. We encourage all ages to apply; however, Grace Hall and Faith Hall are currently planned for ages 18 – 28. (Age restrictions are in place to promote a successful learning environment by enhancing peer support and social connections for individuals at similar stages of personal development. Charis will continue to evaluate the supply of housing for its students and reserves the right to change eligibility criteria based upon demand.)
How to Log In
- In order to submit a housing application, you must be admitted to Charis, have paid your student deposit, and have received your student email address. You can then sign in to the housing portal via Single Sign On.
- Please note that you may need to wait 24-48 hours after receiving your student email address before being able to log in to the housing portal.
- If after 48 hours you are still unable to log in, please email studenthelpdesk@awmcharis.com.
