Student Housing Eligibility Criteria
- You must be enrolled as a Day School student in Woodland Park to be able to apply for on-campus housing.
- All student housing applications are for individuals, as rental is by the bed.
- On-campus housing for the 2026–2027 academic year is available to students who are between the ages of 18 and 55 years of age at the time of move-in. This update does not affect the eligibility of current on-campus residents to apply for housing for the 2026–2027 academic year, regardless of age. Housing is subject to standard eligibility requirements and availability.
How to Log In
- To submit a Student Housing application, you must be admitted to Charis and have paid your student deposit: $305 for Year 1 & 2 students, or $680 for Year 3 students.
- You can then sign in to the housing portal via Student SSO Login using your Charis student email address.
